About the DOX+
The DOX+ project is the final phase of the construction of the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art. It consists of a multifunctional, state-of-the-art hall that was designed primarily for the stage arts. The hall is connected to a rehearsal space, which is supplemented by a six-story building—the home of the DOX+ offices. On the roof of the hall is a unique, grassy space that provides a welcome refuge from the rapid tempo of urban life. In the summer months, it is transformed into the Evergreen open air cinema. The project is proud to have been nominated for the prestigious Mies van der Rohe Award for European Architecture. The DOX Centre for Contemporary Art is an exceptionally multifaceted environment, in which art, literature, music, and architecture go beyond established conventions and enter into a dialog with the surrounding neighborhood, creating a space for public discussions on important topics.

The office space for lease, totaling 1,115 sq. m., is spread out over the top three floors of an office building connected to the multifunctional DOX art space. Large-format windows throughout keep the offices bright and airy, while also offering views of the surrounding area and the creative wing of the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art. The offices on the highest floor are connected to a large terrace directly above the green roof of the hall. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor that can easily open onto the hall and its foyer, and tenants will appreciate being able to park in the courtyard.
